So as the title suggests- JC penny is having a huge sale, J ferrar, stafford, clairborne etc for 50-70% off. Making a jacket about $100. Is this even worth considering? Or are those brands so shitty it’s not worth it even for a 20yo on a “budget”? Feel free to be snobby!
