Zillow is about 30k higher than Redfin for mine. Zillow’s already seemed high (~70k over what we paid ~2 years ago). I’d be more inclined to believe that Redfin is the closer number. However at the end of the day, u/ttotheodd is correct: Either way I don’t put much stock into either.
