The only mid size which has a 3rd row in which adults can seat comfortably in every seat is the Atlas. No mid size has cargo capacity behind the third row. If you want 3 rows and cargo you need to get a Tahoe or Suburban. But finding a burb under $65k is gonna be probably 40k-60k miles. Also why do you need an SUV?
