There is no “best” mostly they are up to opinon sure some out preform others but out of like the top 3-4 theres more of what you need from what. I use a paid antivirus myself (webroot) which isnt the best but in my opinon it works and I like it. I also of course use basic windows defender. As for malwarebytes I have heard both good and bad.
