Constipation issues on Mounjaro Is anyone else having severe constipation issues? I’ll take my second 2.5mg shot this evening. I haven’t had a BM since I took the first shot last week. I took one dose of ducolax and started miralax three days ago but no luck. I am also still on metformin and that also made me less regular. Any suggestions?
