I’ve noticed that the common opinion of anime with English subtitles is that they are completely useless for learning and you might as well just watch the English dub. As someone who watches a lot of anime with or without Japanese subtitles, as well as occasionally English subtitles (ratio is like 2:2:1, respectively), I disagree with that stance.
