The tower doesn’t show exact locations of drives as it does with resource nodes, so you will still have to go do some exploring. What it DOES do is say “Yo within my search radius, here are things you have yet to claim” and it gives you a number of remaining Hard Drives, Power Slugs, Mercer Spheres, and Somersloops.
