not sure if your facility is administering tube feeds through a general NG tube, but ours opts for Dobhoff Tubes that are placed to sit in the duodenum rather than stomach. We use BiPAP with patients receiving TF without complications. Most of our patients that are requiring prolonged BiPAP usually have a NG also hooked to suction, but feeds are rarely administered through them.
