My Jabra Direct software is not showing up my Jabra Evolve2 65 headset. It only shows the link dongle in the device list. Anyone know what I am doing wrong? I’m using a windows 10 laptop btw. Interestingly my Evolve2 headset will not connect to my iphone8 Jabra Direct ios app either. Just keeps telling me to pair them on Bluetooth first, which I have already done.
