Quick Steps Connect your printer to Wi-Fi or put it in Bluetooth pairing mode. Press Win + i to open the Settings menu in Windows. Click Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners. Click Add device if your printer is not already connected. Select your printer and click Add device.
