This guide is for developers running Open WebUI in Docker (or bare metal) with a self-signed certificate or internal CA, on either the Open WebUI server itself or the Ollama/OpenAI-compatible backend it talks to. All variable names and behavior below are verified against the official Open WebUI documentation as of June 2026.
