I’m also confused about the I-94 number. His I-94 stapled to his passport has 9 digits & 2 more spaced to the right of that number as mentioned above. Then on the back is handwritten another 9 digit number preceded by what could possibly be a ‘1’, ‘4’ or the letter ‘A’ (can’t tell by the scribble what it is).
