From some time (a few hours) I noticed my PC cooling system working loud and CPU usage at idle is from 25% to 60% (but mostly around 30% – 50%). I checked processes with Process Explorer and found, that svchost.exe_AppXSvc and sihost.ece causes high CPU load.
