vanes stuck. either soot build up or bad actuator. Temp fix to get running back would be try disconnecting and reconnecting actuator. worked for some. When mine did the same thing. After a few restarts it operated normally again. But I went ahead and ditched the vgt for a fixed vane turbo. THE WHITE WHALE 2010 2500 6.7 4×4. Auto. MCSB. 363SXE.
