I imagine the Greybeards will exist on the Throat because of how important they are to Skyrim history, and because the game doesn’t take place that long before the era of Tiber Septim. Including Paarthunax may be too much of a mindfuck/difficulty to coordinate in-game but I’ll put money on seeing High Hrothgar.
