The question is, can I download the media from my SPLA portal, install the OS and activate the Windows using the SPLA key from another service provider? Or, is the SPLA key tied to the Windows medias of one particular provider? If, after all, the key is tied to the media, is there a way to fix that without reinstalling the whole OS?
